Day 21: Turn a messy note into a clean action plan.

Messy notes are where good intentions go to hide.

A meeting recap. A voice memo. A half-finished list. A brain dump from your notes app.

Instead of cleaning it manually, paste the mess into AI and ask for structure.

Try this:

"Turn these notes into a clean action plan. Pull out the decisions, open questions, owners, deadlines, and next 3 steps. If something is unclear, mark it as Needs clarification instead of guessing."

That last line matters.

You do not want AI inventing details just to make the plan look tidy. You want it to separate what is known from what still needs a decision.

Use this after meetings, planning chats, project notes, or any time your brain dump has useful signal buried in it.

The goal is not prettier notes. The goal is motion.
