Day 23: Turn one good draft into a reusable style guide.

Share

When a piece of AI-assisted writing comes out exactly right, most people move on too fast.

Do not just save the draft. Save the pattern.

Try this:

"Read this finished draft and extract the style guide behind it. List the tone, structure, sentence rhythm, formatting choices, audience assumptions, and things to avoid. Then turn that into a reusable prompt I can use again."

That is how one good output becomes a repeatable asset.

Instead of hoping the next draft feels similar, you make the hidden choices visible:

  • how the opening works
  • how long the sections are
  • how direct the voice is
  • what words show up repeatedly
  • what the draft avoids doing

The goal is not to clone one post forever. The goal is to capture what made it work.

One strong draft can become a portable style guide.
