Before you build slides, ask AI for the skeleton: tell it your audience, goal, time limit, and the one thing people should remember. Try this prompt: “Create a 10-minute presentation outline for [audience] about [topic], with a strong opening, three main points, one example under each point, transitions, and a clear closing takeaway.” Then paste in your rough notes and ask it to group them, remove repeats, and flag claims that need a fact check. Treat the output as a map, not the finished talk: reorder it, add your real experience, delete anything generic, and make sure every section supports the takeaway.
