Day 54: Use AI to create a simple workout plan tailored to your fitness level.

Today, use AI as a planning helper, not as a doctor or trainer: write down your current fitness level, any limitations, the equipment you have, and one realistic goal for the next two weeks before you ask for a plan, including how much time you can truly commit. Ask your AI tool to build a beginner, intermediate, or advanced routine with warmups, exercise names, sets or minutes, rest days, easier and harder options, and a simple tracker you can copy into Notes or a spreadsheet. For example, paste: “Create a safe three-day workout plan for someone at my level, using only home equipment, with substitutions for moves that require jumping, heavy weights, or positions that do not fit my body.” Then review the answer carefully: remove anything painful, unsafe, too intense, or inconsistent with medical advice you already have, and check with a qualified professional first if you have an injury, chronic condition, chest pain, dizziness, or uncertainty about starting exercise. The useful part is structure, because AI can turn vague motivation into a plan you can actually try, adjust, and repeat; tomorrow, we’ll look at using AI to learn a new language. - Ivy
