Day 64: Use AI to create a simple plan for organizing your digital files.

Start with one messy place, not your whole computer. Tell AI what you use most, where files pile up, and how much time you can spend this week. Then ask it to design a tiny folder system with no more than five top-level folders, plus clear rules for naming files. For example: “Ask me 3 questions about my files, then create a 30-minute cleanup plan for Downloads, Desktop, and screenshots.”

The useful move is to make AI write decisions, not just labels. Ask: what should I delete, archive, rename, or move first? Then pick a 10-minute batch, such as clearing only screenshots or only duplicate PDFs. Keep sensitive files private: describe file types instead of uploading personal documents unless you fully trust the tool and settings. End by asking AI for a weekly maintenance checklist you can repeat in five minutes.
