Day 70: Use AI to create a simple meal plan for the week.
Meal planning gets much easier when AI works from your real week instead of a fantasy pantry. Tell it how many dinners you need, what nights are busy, dietary constraints, leftovers you actually eat, and ingredients already on hand. Then prompt: “Ask me 3 questions first, then create a five-dinner meal plan with one prep shortcut, one leftover plan, and a grocery list by section.”
Ask AI to keep the plan boring in the best way. Request meals that share ingredients, like rice, roasted vegetables, or one protein used two ways. Have it mark which items can be prepped in 20 minutes on Sunday and which meals should be saved for the easiest nights. If the first plan feels too ambitious, ask for a cheaper, simpler version with fewer ingredients. Always check nutrition or allergy needs yourself, but let AI handle the sorting, sequencing, and shopping-list grunt work. For extra help, ask it to turn the grocery list into staples, produce, fridge, freezer, and pantry sections.
